This project is currently in a state of collection and editing. The practice is based on my habit of gathering memories and moments, which usually takes place within the Instagram field. Instead of expanding that online archive, I took a Polaroid camera with me on walks, practicing the act of noticing. I am drawn not only to conventional or expected forms of beauty, but more importantly to random and absurd moments that prompt me to ask questions and imagine possible scenarios. These are captured fragments of everyday life that could just as easily be encountered by others walking the same streets. The work also functions as an invitation, encouraging anyone who sees these images to take a walk, observe more closely, and find enjoyment in the small glitches of the everyday.
